Sometimes your general or family dentist will refer your child to our office to take care of a certain need or problem. This may be to address cavities, infections, tongue ties or behavior issues. We are happy to help!
Dr. Julie has specialized training in working with children, sometimes just being in a child-friendly environment may make the experience easier.. Explorer Pediatric Dentistry also offers nitrous oxide (also known as “laughing gas” or “happy air”) to ease minor anxiety for small procedures. And we offer in-office I.V. sedations with a mobile anesthesiologist for more significant dental fear or problems. After an examination, Dr. Julie and the team at Explorer can work with you to determine the best, safest, most comfortable option for you and your child!
